Flash Micro Sites are usually product-centric webpages that are designed to fully immerse the customer in that product. Typically these sites are geared for major product launches, but often times used to highlight a particular brand or product line.
Generally a micro-site would contain fewer pages than a normal website (commonly around 4 - 6 pages) it may either have a very simple (almost standardised design applied to a number of different microsites) or conversely, a large multinational business may adopt an all-singing all-dancing micro-site with games for it's new brand of washing up powder.
